YunSDR Y750s is a high-performance multi-channel SDR platform based on Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC. It supports 1MHz–6GHz frequency, up to 2GHz instantaneous bandwidth, 4 independent TR channels (400MHz per channel or 1GHz single-channel IQ mode). ADC up to 5GSPS@14bit, DAC up to 9.85GSPS@14bit. Equipped with 100G optical interface and PCIe 3.0 x16 FPGA card. Standard interfaces include USB-JTAG, Gigabit Ethernet, TF card, USB 3.0, with configurable boot modes and 12V DC power.

·  The IQ sampling clock can reach up to 1GSPS, while supporting 983.04MSPS and 960MSPS

·  Four core ARM Cortex-A53 processor, with a maximum clock speed of 1.2 GHz

·  Four core ARM Cortex-A5 MPCore processor, with a maximum clock speed of 500 MHz

·  QSFP28 optical port (supporting 40G/100G Aurora and custom protocols)

·  SFP+ optical port (supporting 1G/10G Ethernet)

·  Provide PCIe fronthaul acceleration card, PCIe Gen3 x 16 interface, Xilinx Kintex Ultra Scale+KU15P FPGA, 2 QSFP28 optical ports

·  Gigabit Ethernet RJ45

·  Reference clock input/output

·  Trigger signal input/output

·  Built-in GPS module

·  USB 3.0 Host/Device Interface

·  Type C USB port serial console, JTAG)

The out-of-the-box software supports self-test, spectrum analysis, and signal record/playback, enabling quick troubleshooting. Compatible with GNU Radio and FPGA development, it allows rapid prototyping and reliable deployment for 5G base stations, signal intelligence, and spectrum monitoring.
