The FX900 series FPGA acceleration card adopts the Xilinx Versal AI Core heterogeneous architecture, serving as a next-generation high-end heterogeneous computing platform tailored for 5G-Advanced, 6G pre-research, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), and large-scale AI inference scenarios.Formulated as a full-height 3/4-length dual-width PCIe card, it integrates the VC1902 core chip built on 7nm process technology, achieving deep integration of logic resources, DSP engines and AI engines.Equipped with nearly 1968K system logic cells, 1968 DSP engines and 400 dedicated AI engines, it delivers industry-leading computing density to support complex future wireless communication protocols and high-throughput vector algorithm processing.

In terms of data interconnection and communication capability, the FX9000 achieves substantial performance breakthroughs.It is equipped with four onboard 100G QSFP28 high-speed optical interfaces, delivering an aggregate throughput up to 400Gbps, well suited for massive array signal processing and ultra-wideband RF front-end data access.Supporting the latest PCIe Gen4 x8×8 host interface, the card ensures high-efficiency mass data transmission between heterogeneous cores and host PC.Furthermore, it integrates 16GB high-capacity LPDDR4 memory and on-chip Network-on-Chip (NoC), providing solid hardware support for complex AI model deployment and large-scale baseband signal buffering.
