The FX125 series FPGA acceleration card adopts the Xilinx Kintex UltraScale architecture, serving as a cost-effective hardware acceleration platform optimized for software-defined radio (SDR), industrial control, machine vision and scientific computing scenarios.It features a half-height half-length single-width PCIe form factor and integrates the XCKU040 core chip. Built on 20nm process technology, it achieves an optimal balance of power efficiency and computing density.With over 530K system logic cells and 1920 DSP slices onboard, it provides ample computing capability for complex parallel algorithm processing.

It flexibly interfaces with RF front-ends and broadband networks to meet bandwidth access requirements of diverse application scenarios.With PCIe Gen3 x8 host interface, the card enables efficient data interaction with the host CPU, perfectly suited for real-time signal acquisition, protocol conversion and high-performance algorithm acceleration.Its built-in 2GB 64-bit DDR4 high-speed memory provides reliable buffering for large-scale data processing.
